Please note that I wrote this a long time ago for PSP 5... give it a try, many people have done it easily with versions 7 and 8
INTRODUCTION:
These are are all the steps you need to make a very simple 2 layer blinkie. You need Paint Shop Pro

4
Press File, save as, BLINKIES, create new folder BLINKIE1
and then press save as
unmerged1.psp
5
press Shift D twice to make 2 duplicates of your blinkie (it's always a great idea to make a spare
one in case you make a mistake)
minimize your browse window and tile the blinkies to see what you have
minimize one of them so that you only have 2 tile them horizontally
6
make a new folder in your new blinkies folder and name it SHELLYPROUDCAN
save the blinkies as shellypc1.psp and shellypc2.psp in this folder
7
maximize shellypc1.psp and make it big enough so that you can see it really well. Check again to make sure it's
merged.
Select the fill tool from the menu bar
open control palette
Fill Style= solid colour= red
Match Mode= RGB
Tolerance=100
Opacity=100
Start at the first blinkie dot and fill every other dot with red colour. If the border around the blinkie suddenly
turns red that simply means that you missed the dot. Just press the back arrow.
